Wednesday the 23rd: Food of the Week

 Two good dishes I made this week: Herbed Ricotta Pasta with Corn and Zucchini and Raspberry-Cinnamon French Toast. The pasta dish was delicious, creamy, fresh tasting. The french toast was pretty sweet, but the fresh berries keep it from being cloying. We also added some crema which was a nice contrast. In fact, both dishes had a good amount of leftovers so that I can do less cooking for the rest of the week.
